The Governing Body is responsible for 3 key functions:-
1. Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction; (to view a summary of this years development priorities - please click here)
2. Holding executive leaders to account for the educational performance of the organise and its children, and the performance management of staff; and
3. Overseeing the financial performance of the organisation and making sure its money is well spent.

Our Governing Body is made of 12 individuals who contribute in different ways. We also invite the Family Centre Manager and Head of School at Chertsey Nursery School to attend our meetings as part of their role.
